Terms and Conditions for Budo Group Services

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the services provided by Budo Group, a SaaS provider (Budo Pulse) and a coaching and marketing subscription membership service for martial arts school owners ("Services"). By subscribing to or using our Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue the use of our Services immediately.

1. Services Overview

Budo Group provides two primary services: Budo Pulse (CRM SaaS): A cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool designed for martial arts school owners.Coaching & Marketing Services: Training, coaching, and marketing services designed to help martial arts schools grow through strategic guidance, content creation, and digital marketing services.

2. Subscription

Subscription Plans: The Services are offered as a subscription-based model, with various pricing tiers based on the specific package you choose.

Additional Coaching: Any additional coaching and or support for individual marketing requested by a member is on an individual basis, pay-as-you-go and arranged by the affiliate or group admin individually. This is not a part of the Budo Group Services as laid out in these terms and conditions.

3. Subscription and Fees

Subscription Plans: Budo Group Services are provided on a subscription basis. Pricing tiers are available depending on the specific service bundle you select, including access to the Budo Pulse CRM, marketing resources, and coaching membership weekly calls.

Payment Terms: All payments are due in advance, either monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan. Payments are processed via credit card only. We do not accept PayPal or other authorized payment gateways.

Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Renewal notifications and receipts will be provided via email.

Refunds: Please refer to Section 4 for full details regarding refund eligibility and conditions.


90-Day Onboarding Support: Each new subscription includes a 90-day onboarding support service, delivered either by the referring affiliate or directly by Budo Group (in the case of direct sign-ups). This onboarding includes basic coaching and assistance to help integrate Budo Pulse and implement the Budo marketing system effectively.


Additional Coaching: Any additional coaching, mentorship, or individualized marketing support requested by a member beyond the 90-day onboarding period is not included in the standard Budo Group Services as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.


Such services are optional, arranged independently, and provided on a pay-as-you-go basis by the referring affiliate or a designated group administrator.


Budo Group holds no responsibility for the scheduling, pricing, or delivery of these additional coaching services.

4. Cancellation, Refunds and Termination

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Services until the end of the paid subscription period, after which the access will be revoked.


Termination: Budo Group reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account in cases of violation of these terms or misuse of the Services.

Refunds: All payments made to Budo Group are non-refundable, including monthly and annual subscription fees. This applies to both our Budo Pulse CRM system and the Budo Coaching & Marketing membership programs.

We encourage you to review our service details and speak with our team before purchasing. In cases of billing errors, accidental duplicate charges, or system faults, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.

We do not offer refunds for:

*Partial months of service.

*Unused time.

*Mid-cycle cancellations.

* Dissatisfaction after service use (except where a money-back guarantee is explicitly offered).


Money-Back Guarantee (if applicable):

If a specific program includes a money-back guarantee, the guarantee period and terms will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. Refunds under any such guarantee will only be issued if the conditions outlined are met in full.


Budo Group-Initiated Termination:

If we choose to terminate a customer’s account for reasons not involving breach of terms or misuse, we will issue a full refund for any remaining time

in the current paid subscription period.

In such cases, the customer will be given two options:

Full Account Termination & Refund - All access ends immediately, and a refund for the unused period is issued.

Account Downgrade — The customer may opt to keep their account active as a reduced access plan at $197/month. This allows continued access to:

All previously unlocked and downloaded contentCRM and marketing tools
Administrative functions

However, access to the Budo Coaching Program, training sessions, live calls, chat groups, and community features will be revoked.

5. License and Use

SaaS CRM License: Upon subscription, Budo Group grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Budo Pulse CRM system. This license is provided for the duration of your subscription.


Prohibited Use: You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise misuse the CRM. You also agree not to share your account with unauthorized users or resell the Service.


Ownership: All intellectual property related to the Services, including software, content, and materials, remains the property of Budo Group.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Confidential Information: Any sensitive information shared between Budo Group and the customer, including business insights or personal data of school members, will be treated confidentially.


Data Protection: Budo Group will comply with relevant data protection laws. By using our CRM, you agree to our data processing policies outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

Limitation of Liability: Budo Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or profits, resulting from the use of the Services.


Service Availability: While we aim to provide uninterrupted access to our Services, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Budo Group provides Services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Budo Group, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of this Agreement.

10. Modifications to Services and Terms

Budo Group reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or the Services provided. Changes will be communicated to users, and continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it, its subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed by the laws of England and Wales

By using our Services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any disputes.
